Elderflower Panna Cotta

Main Ingredients
- 2 cups Heavy Cream
- 1 cup Whole Milk
- ½ cup Sugar
- 2 tablespoon Elderflower Syrup
- 1 tablespoon Gelatin unflavored
- ¼ cup Cold Water
1. Sprinkle gelatin over cold water in a small bowl and let it sit for 5 minutes.
2. In a saucepan, combine heavy cream, whole milk, and sugar. Heat over medium heat until sugar is dissolved and mixture is hot but not boiling.
3. Remove from heat and stir in the gelatin mixture until completely dissolved.
4. Stir in elderflower syrup.
5. Pour mixture into ramekins and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or until set.
6. To serve, run a knife around the edge of each panna cotta and invert onto a plate.
