Main Ingredients
- 1 lb Ground Pork
- 1 cup Shredded Carrots
- 4 cups Shredded Cabbage
- 1 tablespoon Soy Sauce
- 2 cloves Garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon Ginger, grated
- 2 tablespoon Green Onions, sliced
- 1 tablespoon Sesame Oil
1. Heat the sesame oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
2. Add the ground pork and cook until browned, breaking it apart with a spatula.
3. Add the garlic and ginger, cook for another minute.
4. Stir in the shredded carrots and cabbage, cook until tender.
5. Add the soy sauce and mix well.
6. Garnish with sliced green onions and serve hot.
