  • 4 cups chicken broth
  • 2 large eggs beaten
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch mixed with 2 tablespoon water
  • 1 teaspoon soy sauce
  • ½ teaspoon white pepper
  • 2 scallions scallions chopped

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a pot, bring the chicken broth to a boil.
  2. 2. Add the cornstarch mixture and soy sauce to the boiling broth. Stir well.
  3. 3. Slowly pour in the beaten eggs while stirring the soup in a circular motion.
  4. 4. Season with white pepper and add the chopped scallions. Serve hot.
