Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 6 Eggs boiled and peeled
  • 2 tablespoon Oil
  • 1 cup Onions finely chopped
  • 1 teaspoon Ginger-Garlic Paste
  • 2 cups Tomatoes pureed
  • 1 teaspoon Turmeric Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Red Chili Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Coriander Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Garam Masala
  • to taste Salt
  • 2 tablespoon Cilantro chopped, for garnish

Instructions 

  1. Heat oil in a pan. Add chopped onions and sauté until golden brown.
  2. Add ginger-garlic paste and sauté for a minute.
  3. Add tomato puree, turmeric powder, red chili powder, coriander powder, and salt. Cook until the oil separates.
  4. Add boiled eggs and mix well. Cook for another 5 minutes.
  5. Sprinkle garam masala and garnish with chopped cilantro. Serve hot.
