  • 6 Eggs
  • ¼ cup Milk
  • ½ cup Shredded cheese
  • ¼ cup Chopped bell peppers
  • ¼ cup Chopped spinach
  • to taste Salt and pepper

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs and milk.
  3. Add the shredded cheese, chopped bell peppers, and chopped spinach to the egg mixture. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  4. Pour the mixture evenly into a greased muffin tin.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes, or until the egg bites are set and slightly golden on top.
  6. Let the egg bites cool for a few minutes before removing them from the muffin tin. Serve warm.
