Main Ingredients
- 1 cup All-purpose flour heat-treated
- ½ cup Unsalted butter softened
- ½ cup Brown sugar packed
- ¼ cup Granulated sugar
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
- 2 tablespoon Milk
- ½ cup Chocolate chips
1. Heat-treat the flour by microwaving it in 30-second intervals until it reaches 165°F, or bake it at 350°F for 5 minutes.
2. In a mixing bowl, cream together the softened butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until smooth.
3. Add the vanilla extract and milk, and mix until well combined.
4. Gradually add the heat-treated flour and mix until the dough forms.
5. Fold in the chocolate chips.
6. Enjoy immediately or store in the refrigerator.
