A fresh twist on traditional hummus, using edamame instead of chickpeas.

Main Ingredients
- 2 cups edamame, shelled and cooked
- ¼ cup tahini
- ¼ cup olive oil
- ¼ cup lemon juice freshly squeezed
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- 1 teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon ground cumin
- ¼ cup water as needed
1. In a food processor, combine edamame, tahini, olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, salt, and cumin.
2. Process until smooth, adding water as needed to reach desired consistency.
3. Taste and adjust seasoning if necessary.
4. Serve with pita bread, crackers, or veggies.
