- 4 cups Shredded Cabbage
- 1 cup Shredded Carrots
- ½ cup Vegan Mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoon Apple Cider Vinegar
- 1 tablespoon Maple Syrup
- 1 teaspoon Dijon Mustard
- ½ teaspoon Salt
- ¼ teaspoon Black Pepper
In a large mixing bowl, combine shredded cabbage and carrots.
In a separate bowl, whisk together vegan mayonnaise, apple cider vinegar, maple syrup, Dijon mustard, salt, and black pepper.
Pour the dressing over the cabbage and carrots. Toss to coat evenly.
Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving to allow flavors to meld.
