Main Ingredients
- 400 g Pasta any type
- 1 cup Basil leaves fresh
- ½ cup Parmesan cheese grated
- ½ cup Olive oil
- ¼ cup Pine nuts toasted
- 2 cloves Garlic minced
- to taste Salt
- to taste Black pepper freshly ground
Cook the pasta according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside.
In a blender, combine basil leaves, Parmesan cheese, olive oil, pine nuts, and garlic. Blend until smooth.
Toss the cooked pasta with the pesto sauce. Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
Serve immediately and enjoy!
