Main Ingredients
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 cup milk
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- ½ teaspoon salt
- 1 stick butter melted
- 4 cups sliced peaches fresh or canned
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a mixing bowl, combine flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt. Add milk and whisk until smooth.
Pour melted butter into a baking dish. Pour the batter over the butter, but do not stir.
Arrange the peaches on top of the batter. Again, do not stir.
Bake for 45 minutes or until the top is golden brown.
Let it cool slightly before serving. Enjoy!
