Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 2 cups Pasta any type
  • 1 cup Cherry Tomatoes halved
  • 1 cup Cucumber diced
  • ½ cup Red Onion thinly sliced
  • ½ cup Feta Cheese crumbled
  • ¼ cup Olive Oil
  • 2 tablespoon Red Wine Vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon Dried Oregano
  • to taste Salt
  • to taste Black Pepper

Instructions 

  1. 1. Cook pasta according to package instructions. Drain and let cool.
  2. 2. In a large mixing bowl, combine pasta, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, red onion, and feta cheese.
  3. 3. In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, red wine vinegar, and dried oregano. Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
  4. 4. Pour the dressing over the pasta salad and toss to coat evenly.
  5. 5. Serve immediately or refrigerate for later.
