Main Ingredients
- 2 cups Kale stems removed
- ½ cup Parmesan Cheese grated
- ½ cup Olive Oil
- ¼ cup Pine Nuts toasted
- 2 cloves Garlic
- 1 tablespoon Lemon Juice freshly squeezed
- ½ teaspoon Salt
- ¼ teaspoon Black Pepper freshly ground
1. Add kale, Parmesan cheese, pine nuts, garlic, lemon juice, salt, and pepper to a food processor.
2. Pulse until the ingredients are finely chopped.
3. With the food processor running, slowly pour in the olive oil until the mixture is smooth and creamy.
4. Taste and adjust seasoning if necessary.
5. Serve immediately or store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to a week.
