Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 4 cups Tomatoes, chopped
  • 1 cup Cucumber, peeled and chopped
  • 1 cup Red bell pepper, chopped
  • ¼ cup Red onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoon Red wine vinegar
  • ¼ cup Olive oil
  • 2 cups Cold water
  • to taste Salt and pepper

Instructions 

  1. 1. Combine all ingredients in a blender.
  2. 2. Blend until smooth.
  3. 3. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours before serving.
  4. 4. Serve cold, garnished with additional chopped vegetables if desired.
