- 4 fillets Salmon about 6 oz each
- ½ cup Dukkah store-bought or homemade
- 2 tablespoon Olive oil
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Brush the salmon fillets with olive oil.
Press the salmon fillets into the dukkah, coating them evenly.
Place the salmon fillets on the prepared baking sheet.
Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through.
