  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 packet taco seasoning
  • 1 head lettuce, chopped
  • 2 cups cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 bag Doritos, crushed

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a large skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain any excess fat.
  2. 2. Add the taco seasoning to the beef and cook according to the package instructions.
  3. 3. In a large bowl, combine the chopped lettuce, cherry tomatoes, shredded cheddar cheese, and sour cream.
  4. 4. Add the cooked beef to the salad mixture and toss to combine.
  5. 5. Just before serving, add the crushed Doritos and toss gently.
