Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 4 cups water
  • 2 cups white vinegar
  • ½ cup pickling salt
  • 4 cloves garlic peeled
  • 8 sprigs fresh dill
  • 10 small cucumbers about 4 inches long

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a large pot, combine water, vinegar, and pickling salt. Bring to a boil.
  2. 2. Pack cucumbers, garlic, and dill into jars.
  3. 3. Pour hot brine over cucumbers, leaving ½ inch headspace.
  4. 4. Seal jars with lids and let cool to room temperature.
  5. 5. Refrigerate for at least 48 hours before serving.
