- 4 eggs hard-boiled
- 2 tablespoon mayonnaise
- 1 teaspoon curry powder
- 1 tablespoon chopped green onions
- 4 slices bread

Peel and chop the hard-boiled eggs.
In a mixing bowl, combine chopped eggs, mayonnaise, curry powder, and green onions.
Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Spread the mixture evenly on two slices of bread and top with the remaining slices.
Cut the sandwiches in half and serve.
