- 1 can Chickpeas drained and rinsed
- ¼ cup Mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon Curry Powder
- 1 tablespoon Lemon Juice
- ¼ cup Chopped Red Onion
- ¼ cup Chopped Cilantro
- 8 pieces Slider Buns
1. In a mixing bowl, mash the chickpeas with a fork.
2. Add mayonnaise, curry powder, lemon juice, red onion, and cilantro. Mix well.
3. Spoon the chickpea mixture onto the slider buns.
4. Serve immediately and enjoy!
