  • ¼ cup Mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon Curry Powder
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon Juice
  • ¼ cup Chopped Red Onion
  • ¼ cup Chopped Cilantro
  • 8 pieces Slider Buns

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a mixing bowl, mash the chickpeas with a fork.
  2. 2. Add mayonnaise, curry powder, lemon juice, red onion, and cilantro. Mix well.
  3. 3. Spoon the chickpea mixture onto the slider buns.
