Main Ingredients
- 1 cup Greek yogurt
- 1 medium Cucumber grated and excess water squeezed out
- 1 clove Garlic minced
- 1 tablespoon Olive oil
- 1 tablespoon Fresh dill chopped
- 1 tablespoon Lemon juice freshly squeezed
- to taste Salt
- to taste Black pepper
1. In a mixing bowl, combine the Greek yogurt, grated cucumber, minced garlic, olive oil, chopped dill, and lemon juice.
2. Mix well until all ingredients are thoroughly combined.
3. Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
4. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.
