Cucumber Watermelon Salad

Main Ingredients
- 2 cups Watermelon, cubed
- 1 cup Cucumber, sliced
- ¼ cup Red Onion, thinly sliced
- ¼ cup Feta Cheese, crumbled
- 2 tablespoon Fresh Mint, chopped
- 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
- 1 tablespoon Lime Juice
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 pinch Black Pepper
In a large mixing bowl, combine watermelon, cucumber, red onion, feta cheese, and fresh mint.
Drizzle with olive oil and lime juice. Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
Toss gently to combine. Serve immediately.
