  • 2 cups Tomatoes, chopped
  • ¼ cup Red onion, thinly sliced
  • 2 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon Red wine vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon Dried oregano
  • to taste Salt and pepper

Instructions
