Main Ingredients
- 1 Cucumber diced
- 2 Tomatoes diced
- 2 Avocados diced
- ¼ cup Red Onion finely chopped
- 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
- 1 tablespoon Lemon Juice freshly squeezed
- 1 teaspoon Salt to taste
- ½ teaspoon Black Pepper to taste
1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the diced cucumber, tomatoes, avocados, and red onion.
2. Drizzle the olive oil and lemon juice over the salad.
3. Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
4. Gently toss everything together until well combined.
