  • 10 leaves Mint fresh
  • 2 tablespoon Lime juice freshly squeezed
  • 2 cups Sparkling water
  • 1 tablespoon Honey optional

Instructions 

  1. 1. Blend cucumber and mint leaves until smooth.
  2. 2. Strain the mixture into a pitcher.
  3. 3. Add lime juice and honey (if using) and mix well.
  4. 4. Pour in sparkling water and stir gently.
  5. 5. Serve over ice and garnish with mint leaves.
