Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 cup Cucumber, sliced
  • 10 leaves Mint
  • 2 oz Gin
  • 1 oz Lime juice
  • 1 oz Simple syrup
  • 4 oz Club soda

Instructions 

  1. Muddle cucumber and mint in a cocktail shaker.
  2. Add gin, lime juice, and simple syrup. Fill shaker with ice and shake well.
  3. Strain into a highball glass filled with ice.
  4. Top with club soda and garnish with a cucumber slice and mint sprig.
