- 1 Cucumber peeled and chopped
- 10 leaves Mint fresh
- 1 cup Water
- 2 tablespoon Lemon Juice freshly squeezed
- 1 tablespoon Honey
- 1 cup Ice Cubes
1. Combine cucumber, mint leaves, water, lemon juice, and honey in a blender.
2. Blend until smooth.
3. Strain the mixture into a pitcher.
4. Add ice cubes and stir well.
5. Serve chilled and garnish with mint leaves if desired.
