Cucumber Melon Salad

Main Ingredients
- 1 Cucumber peeled and sliced
- 2 cups Melon cubed (any variety)
- ¼ cup Red onion thinly sliced
- 2 tablespoon Mint leaves chopped
- 1 tablespoon Olive oil
- 1 tablespoon Lime juice freshly squeezed
- ½ teaspoon Salt
- ¼ teaspoon Black pepper freshly ground
1. In a large mixing bowl, combine cucumber, melon, red onion, and mint leaves.
2. Drizzle olive oil and lime juice over the salad.
3. Season with salt and black pepper. Toss gently to combine.
4. Serve immediately or chill in the refrigerator for 10 minutes before serving.
