- 8 slices Whole grain bread
- 1 cup Hummus
- 1 Cucumber thinly sliced
- 1 handful Spinach leaves fresh
1. Spread hummus evenly on each slice of bread.
2. Layer cucumber slices and spinach leaves on half of the bread slices.
3. Top with the remaining bread slices to make sandwiches.
4. Cut each sandwich in half and serve.
