- 2 cups Cucumber, sliced
- 1 cup Onion, thinly sliced
- ¼ cup Vinegar
- 1 tablespoon Sugar
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- ½ teaspoon Black Pepper
1. In a mixing bowl, combine cucumber and onion slices.
2. Add vinegar, sugar, salt, and black pepper. Toss well.
