  • 1 baguette Baguette sliced
  • 1 cup Ricotta cheese
  • 2 cups Cherry tomatoes halved
  • 2 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 1 clove Garlic minced
  • to taste Salt
  • to taste Black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon Fresh basil chopped

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Arrange the baguette slices on a baking sheet and brush with olive oil.
  3. Bake for about 10 minutes or until golden and crispy.
  4. In a mixing bowl, combine ricotta, minced garlic, salt, and pepper.
  5. Spread the ricotta mixture on each toasted baguette slice.
  6. Top with halved cherry tomatoes and chopped basil.
  7. Drizzle with a bit more olive oil if desired and serve immediately.
