  • 1 loaf Baguette sliced into ½ inch pieces
  • 1 cup Feta cheese crumbled
  • 1 cup Cherry tomatoes halved
  • 2 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Dried oregano
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • 1 pinch Black pepper

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Arrange baguette slices on a baking sheet and brush with olive oil.
  3. Bake for 10 minutes or until golden and crispy.
  4. In a mixing bowl, combine feta, cherry tomatoes, oregano, salt, and pepper.
  5. Top each toasted baguette slice with the feta and tomato mixture.
  6. Serve immediately and enjoy!
