  • 1 loaf Baguette sliced into ½ inch slices
  • 2 cups Cherry tomatoes diced
  • 1 cup Fresh basil chopped
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • ¼ cup Olive oil
  • to taste Salt
  • to taste Black pepper

Instructions 

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Place baguette slices on a baking sheet and brush with olive oil. Bake for 5-7 minutes until golden and crispy.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine diced tomatoes, chopped basil, minced garlic, salt, and pepper. Drizzle with remaining olive oil and mix well.
  4. Top each crostini with the tomato basil mixture. Serve immediately.
