Crostini Tomato Basil Bruschetta Recipe
A simple and delicious appetizer with fresh tomatoes, basil, and crispy crostini.

Main Ingredients
- 1 loaf Baguette sliced into ½ inch slices
- 2 cups Cherry tomatoes diced
- 1 cup Fresh basil chopped
- 2 cloves Garlic minced
- ¼ cup Olive oil
- to taste Salt
- to taste Black pepper
Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
Place baguette slices on a baking sheet and brush with olive oil. Bake for 5-7 minutes until golden and crispy.
In a mixing bowl, combine diced tomatoes, chopped basil, minced garlic, salt, and pepper. Drizzle with remaining olive oil and mix well.
Top each crostini with the tomato basil mixture. Serve immediately.
