Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 block Tofu firm, drained and pressed
  • 2 tablespoon Soy Sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Sesame Oil
  • 2 tablespoon Cornstarch
  • 1 tablespoon Sesame Seeds toasted
  • 2 tablespoon Vegetable Oil for frying

Instructions 

  1. Cut tofu into bite-sized cubes.
  2. In a mixing bowl, whisk together soy sauce and sesame oil.
  3. Add tofu cubes to the bowl and gently toss to coat. Let it marinate for 10 minutes.
  4. Sprinkle cornstarch over the tofu and toss to coat evenly.
  5. Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
  6. Add tofu to the pan and cook until all sides are golden and crispy, about 15 minutes.
  7. Sprinkle toasted sesame seeds over the tofu before serving.
