  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 0.5 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 0.5 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions 

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Pat chickpeas dry with a paper towel.
  3. Toss chickpeas with olive oil, smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  4. Spread chickpeas on a baking sheet in a single layer.
  5. Roast for 30 minutes, shaking the pan halfway through, until crispy.
