- 1 can chickpeas drained and rinsed
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 0.5 teaspoon garlic powder
- 0.5 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
Pat chickpeas dry with a paper towel.
Toss chickpeas with olive oil, smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
Spread chickpeas on a baking sheet in a single layer.
Roast for 30 minutes, shaking the pan halfway through, until crispy.
