- 1 lb Brussels sprouts trimmed and halved
- 2 tablespoon Olive oil
- 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 0.5 teaspoon Black pepper
- 1 tablespoon Lemon juice freshly squeezed
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
In a mixing bowl, toss the Brussels sprouts with olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.
Spread the Brussels sprouts evenly on a baking sheet.
Roast in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, until crispy and golden brown, stirring halfway through.
Remove from the oven and drizzle with lemon juice before serving.
