  • 1 lb Brussels sprouts trimmed and halved
  • 2 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon juice freshly squeezed

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, toss the Brussels sprouts with olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.
  3. Spread the Brussels sprouts evenly on a baking sheet.
  4. Roast in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, until crispy and golden brown, stirring halfway through.
  5. Remove from the oven and drizzle with lemon juice before serving.
