- 1 block Extra Firm Tofu drained and pressed
- 2 tablespoons Soy Sauce
- 1 tablespoon Olive Oil
- 1 tablespoon Cornstarch
- 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
- 1 teaspoon Onion Powder
1. Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
2. Cut the pressed tofu into bite-sized cubes.
3. In a mixing bowl, combine soy sauce, olive oil, cornstarch, garlic powder, and onion powder.
4. Add the tofu cubes to the bowl and gently toss to coat evenly.
5. Place the tofu cubes in the air fryer basket in a single layer. Cook for 15-20 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through, until the tofu is golden and crispy.
