Main Ingredients
- 1 head Cabbage shredded
- 2 pcs Carrots julienned
- ¼ cup Green Onions chopped
- ¼ cup Cilantro chopped
- ¼ cup Rice Vinegar
- 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
- 1 tablespoon Honey
- 1 teaspoon Salt to taste
- ½ teaspoon Black Pepper to taste
1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded cabbage, julienned carrots, chopped green onions, and chopped cilantro.
2. In a small bowl, whisk together the rice vinegar, olive oil, honey, salt, and black pepper.
3. Pour the dressing over the cabbage mixture and toss to coat evenly.
4. Serve immediately or refrigerate for an hour to let the flavors meld.
