  • 1 head Cabbage shredded
  • 2 pcs Carrots julienned
  • ¼ cup Green Onions chopped
  • ¼ cup Cilantro chopped
  • ¼ cup Rice Vinegar
  • 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 1 tablespoon Honey
  • 1 teaspoon Salt to taste
  • ½ teaspoon Black Pepper to taste

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded cabbage, julienned carrots, chopped green onions, and chopped cilantro.
  2. 2. In a small bowl, whisk together the rice vinegar, olive oil, honey, salt, and black pepper.
  3. 3. Pour the dressing over the cabbage mixture and toss to coat evenly.
