Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • ½ cup chicken broth
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1 cup spinach
  • ½ cup sun-dried tomatoes
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions 

  1. Season chicken with salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
  2. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Cook chicken until golden and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes per side. Remove and set aside.
  3. In the same skillet, add heavy cream, chicken broth, Parmesan cheese, and Italian seasoning. Stir until combined and slightly thickened.
  4. Add spinach and sun-dried tomatoes. Cook until spinach is wilted.
  5. Return chicken to the skillet and simmer for a few more minutes.
