Main Ingredients
- 4 cups Potatoes, peeled and diced
- 1 cup Onion, chopped
- 2 cloves Garlic, minced
- 4 cups Chicken broth
- 1 cup Heavy cream
- to taste Salt and pepper
1. In a large pot, sauté the onions and garlic until translucent.
2. Add the diced potatoes and chicken broth. Bring to a boil, then simmer until potatoes are tender.
3. Use a blender to puree the soup until smooth.
4. Stir in the heavy cream and season with salt and pepper to taste.
