Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 12 oz Pasta any type
  • 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 3 cloves Garlic minced
  • 4 cups Tomatoes chopped
  • 1 cup Heavy Cream
  • ½ cup Parmesan Cheese grated
  • 1 bunch Basil fresh, chopped
  • to taste Salt and Pepper

Instructions 

  1. 1. Cook pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. 2. In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add garlic and sauté until fragrant.
  3. 3. Add tomatoes and cook until they start to break down, about 10 minutes.
  4. 4. Stir in heavy cream and bring to a simmer. Add Parmesan cheese and stir until melted.
  5. 5. Add cooked pasta to the skillet and toss to coat. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  6. 6. Garnish with fresh basil and serve immediately.
