Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 8 oz Elbow macaroni
  • 1 head Cauliflower cut into florets
  • 2 cups Cheddar cheese shredded
  • 1 cup Milk
  • 2 tablespoon Butter
  • 2 tablespoon All-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black pepper

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Cook the macaroni according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  3. Steam the cauliflower florets until tender. Set aside.
  4. In a large pot, melt the butter over medium heat. Whisk in the flour and cook for 1-2 minutes.
  5. Gradually whisk in the milk, stirring constantly until the mixture thickens.
  6. Stir in the shredded cheddar cheese until melted and smooth. Season with salt and pepper.
  7. Add the cooked macaroni and cauliflower to the cheese sauce. Mix well to combine.
  8. Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and bake for 20 minutes, until bubbly and golden on top.
