Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 12 oz Pasta any type
  • 2 cups Corn kernels fresh or frozen
  • 1 cup Heavy cream
  • 1 cup Parmesan cheese grated
  • 2 tablespoon Butter
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • to taste Salt
  • to taste Black pepper freshly ground

Instructions 

  1. 1. Cook pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. 2. In a skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add minced garlic and cook until fragrant.
  3. 3. Add corn kernels to the skillet and cook for 5-7 minutes.
  4. 4. Transfer half of the corn mixture to a blender. Add heavy cream and blend until smooth.
  5. 5. Return the blended mixture to the skillet. Stir in grated Parmesan cheese. Season with salt and pepper.
  6. 6. Add cooked pasta to the skillet and toss to coat evenly with the sauce.
  7. 7. Serve hot, garnished with extra Parmesan cheese if desired.
