Coleslaw Ingredients
- 1 medium green cabbage shredded
- 1 medium carrot peeled and grated
- ½ cup mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ¼ teaspoon black pepper
In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, apple cider vinegar, sugar, salt, and black pepper.
Add the shredded cabbage and grated carrot to the bowl. Toss until the vegetables are well coated with the dressing.
Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving to let the flavors meld together.
