Ingredients 

Crust

  • 1.5 cups Graham cracker crumbs
  • 0.5 cups Melted butter
  • 0.25 cups Sugar

Filling

  • 24 oz Cream cheese Softened
  • 1 cup Sugar
  • 3 units Eggs
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • 1 cup Sour cream

Instructions 

  1. Preheat oven to 325°F (163°C).
  2. Mix graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and sugar in a bowl. Press into the bottom of a springform pan.
  3. In a large bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition. Stir in vanilla and sour cream.
  4. Pour filling over crust. Bake for 60 minutes or until the center is set. Cool to room temperature, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.
