Ingredients

  • 4 cups Broccoli florets
  • 1 cup Heavy cream
  • 2 cups Chicken broth
  • 1 medium Onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced
  • to taste Salt and pepper

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a pot, sauté the onion and garlic until soft.
  2. 2. Add the broccoli and chicken broth. Bring to a boil, then simmer until broccoli is tender.
  3. 3. Blend the mixture until smooth.
  4. 4. Return to the pot, stir in the heavy cream, and season with salt and pepper.
  5. 5. Heat through and serve.
