- 2 whole Avocados ripe
- 1 clove Garlic minced
- 1 tablespoon Lime juice freshly squeezed
- 0.25 cup Greek yogurt
- 0.25 teaspoon Salt
- 0.25 teaspoon Black pepper freshly ground
Cut the avocados in half, remove the pit, and scoop the flesh into a blender.
Add minced garlic, lime juice, Greek yogurt, salt, and black pepper to the blender.
Blend until smooth and creamy.
Transfer the dip to a bowl and serve immediately or chill in the refrigerator until ready to serve.
