  • 1 bunch Asparagus trimmed and cut into 1-inch pieces
  • 1 medium Onion chopped
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 4 cups Chicken broth
  • 1 cup Heavy cream
  • to taste Salt and pepper

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a pot, sauté the chopped onion and minced garlic until soft.
  2. 2. Add the asparagus pieces and chicken broth. Bring to a boil, then simmer for 15 minutes.
  3. 3. Blend the soup until smooth using a blender.
  4. 4. Return the soup to the pot, stir in the heavy cream, and season with salt and pepper to taste.
  5. 5. Serve hot and enjoy!
