- 4 pieces Chicken breasts boneless, skinless
- 1 cup Cranberries dried
- 0.5 cup Walnuts chopped
- 1 cup Chicken broth
- 1 tablespoon Olive oil
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 0.5 teaspoon Black pepper
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a mixing bowl, combine cranberries, walnuts, chicken broth, olive oil, salt, and pepper.
Place chicken breasts in a baking dish and pour the cranberry mixture over them.
Bake for 30 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through.
