  • 4 pieces Chicken breasts boneless, skinless
  • 1 cup Cranberries dried
  • 0.5 cup Walnuts chopped
  • 1 cup Chicken broth
  • 1 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black pepper

Instructions 

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine cranberries, walnuts, chicken broth, olive oil, salt, and pepper.
  3. Place chicken breasts in a baking dish and pour the cranberry mixture over them.
  4. Bake for 30 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through.
