- 12 oz fresh cranberries
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 cup water
Rinse the cranberries and pick out any bad ones.
In a medium saucepan, combine the cranberries, sugar, and water.
Bring to a boil over medium heat, then reduce the heat and simmer for about 10 minutes, until the cranberries burst and the sauce thickens.
Remove from heat and let cool. The sauce will continue to thicken as it cools.
