Main Ingredients
- 2 cups Rolled Oats
- 1 cup Dried Cranberries
- 1 cup Pistachios shelled and chopped
- ½ cup Honey
- ½ cup Peanut Butter or almond butter
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
- ¼ teaspoon Salt
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a baking pan.
In a mixing bowl, combine oats, cranberries, and pistachios.
In a small saucepan, heat honey and peanut butter over low heat until melted and smooth. Stir in vanilla extract and salt.
Pour the honey mixture over the oat mixture and stir until well combined.
Press the mixture into the prepared baking pan. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.
Let cool completely before cutting into bars.
