  • 200 g dark chocolate chopped
  • 50 g dried cranberries
  • 50 g pistachios shelled and chopped

Instructions 

  1. 1. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. 2. Melt the dark chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl in 30-second intervals, stirring in between until smooth.
  3. 3. Pour the melted chocolate onto the prepared baking sheet and spread it evenly with a spatula.
  4. 4. Sprinkle the dried cranberries and chopped pistachios over the melted chocolate.
  5. 5. Let the chocolate bark set at room temperature or refrigerate for about 30 minutes until firm.
  6. 6. Break the bark into pieces and enjoy!
